An official transcript is a document that contains a record of the course work done at the Byzantine Catholic Seminary. It also lists, if applicable, degree(s) and honors received. In compliance with Public Law 93-380, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, a student’s academic record cannot be released without the written consent of the student. For this reason, email or web requests for transcripts cannot be accepted. Each request should be mailed or faxed to the Registrar giving full name, current address, years of attendance and personal signature. The Seminary does not release copies of transcripts from other institutions gathered for admission purposes. The Seminary will not issue transcripts for persons who have delinquent accounts.
The transcript is official only when it is certified with the Registrar’s signature and the Byzantine Catholic Seminary of Ss. Cyril and Methodius raised seal.
Transcripts cannot be faxed.
There is a $25.00 transcript fee.
