Mid-lent on the Byzantine Christian calendar was the occasion for a gathering of seminarians at our Byzantine Catholic Seminary in Pittsburgh. Priests and seminarians from both St. Vincent Seminary in Latrobe and St. Paul Seminary in Pittsburgh gathered for Presanctified Divine Liturgy and dinner on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The mutual support for both staff and seminarians that was evident on this occasion was a tremendous blessing for all. A tour of the seminary concluded the evening, sparking the interest of all as the unique and rustic Seminary recreation area was highlighted.
