Thomas Wells, a second year theology student at the Byzantine Catholic Seminary, and Geoffrey Mackey, a Seminary faculty member, M.A.T. graduate, and Deacon Formation Program graduate, both of the Archeparchy of Pittsburgh, were ordained to the minor order of Reader on Friday, May 5, 2017. The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy with ordinations, celebrated by Metropolitan William, took place in the Seminary chapel.
We pray that the newly-ordained readers Geoffrey and Thomas serve well in their new ministry and that they continue well in their formation and discernment.
